Constant supervision by the Project Manager also ensures that the highest standard of work is maintained throughout the project.

This constant supervision extends to every aspect of the building process, Scaffolding, Health and Safety, job performance and quality of work. 

If quality of work is not apparent, then replacement is called for, and this instant replacement ensures quality standards are maintained at all times.

 

•     Putting up formwork and measuring up what concrete is needed.
•     Ordering materials as they are needed a day in advance so work can process accordingly
•     Directing lorries in and out of site as concrete is pour for the pool walls.
